Others mentioned the pcv system as I did with him on the phone. He kept stating blow by which would be an issue with the piston rings....he just had excessive crank case pressure which is common on a fresh rebuild and the common fix is a catch can. All this was mentioned on the phone to him as a fix. Since then he didn't have any issues after that.

Mitch the Coating for the turbo manifolds and exhaust housing seems to have inproved my spool time by altleast 300 rpms. They come on quicker than they did before the coating!
